Hi — you might know me as Yv Anela.

The name Yvanela is personal: YV from my initials, AN for my daughter Anais, and ELA for my daughter Angela. I built this brand with my family's names woven into it because everything I create comes from a personal place.

Yvanela started with puzzle books — cryptograms, word searches, sudoku — designed to keep minds sharp, focus strong, and screen time low. Every book is built on research, tested for quality, and made with the same care I'd put into something for my own family.

In 2026 I launched Start Messy™, a science-backed ADHD/ Anxiety / Postpartrum journals for teens and adults built on The Messy Momentum Method™ — a system for people who fail at planners. No dates, no guilt, no perfection. Every feature is backed by 12+ peer-reviewed studies. It's the journal I wish existed when I was trying to understand how different brains work.

I also created Bestie Knows™ — detective mystery activity books for kids 9–13. Each one hides a real science answer inside 29 cipher puzzles: kids crack codes, fill in their Master Case File, and close the case in their own handwriting. Real cryptography, real research, designed for righties and lefties — and for the reluctant readers who quit most workbooks by page 10. Solve it solo, with a friend, family or classroom.

I saw a gap between what the science says and what's actually available — so I built something.
